WHY THIS SUBJECT? Because not enough people are aware of alternative ethically responsible habits when they shop for clothing or everyday products.
WHAT SHOULD WE KNOW ABOUT THE WORK? This piece is comprised of obviously the earth, but more importantly all the environmental issues occurring. I also added a website url to be used as a stepping stone for the viewer to check it out and be more familiar with this topic.
WHAT WAS YOUR PROCESS? first started with the globe and added the rings around it that symbolize energies. Then I added the smoke stacks that look like they are burning the earth. Looking deeper into the earth are the different issues and then I added some text that I felt would be inspirational and thought provoking.
