African Agenda

The African Agenda was a newsletter published in Chicago, Illinois produced by anonymous authors during its print-run from 1972 until 1977. Someof these authors include Chicago-area anti-apartheid activists, who have oral history interviews online and whose materials make up the Chicago Anti-Apartheid Movement Collection. The authors are: Otis Cunningham, Rozell 'Prexy' Nesbitt,. Linda Murray, Harold Rogers, and Aisha Ray.

The newsletter's subtitle was "A Voice of Afro-American Opinion" and offered its readers news and information about topics related to Africa, Southern Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and other regions involved in a struggle for freedom such as Chile and Portugal.
