Prexy Nesbitt, a Chicago-based anti-apartheid activist, delivered this statement at a public meeting held in the Africa Centre, London, England, to mark the 10th anniversary of the Internationl Court of Justice Opinion on Namibia, on behalf of the World Council of Churches where he served as the Research Secretary for the Programme to Combat Racism. 7 pages.
