Lisulo, Chairman of the Legal and Political Committee of the Central Committee of the United National Independence Party of Zambia and Representative of the President of Zambia, Group Captain Emeka Omerua, Minister of Social Development, Youth, Information, Sports and Culture of Nigeria, Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, Sam Nujoma, President of South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO).
