WHY THIS SUBJECT? I wanted to make people aware of what was going on in the mexican-american border when it comes to the mistreatment undocumented people faced at the beginning of the pandemic.
WHAT SHOULD WE KNOW ABOUT THE WORK? It is a graphic piece that should be only visible to those who can handle the topic. It is an exaggeration of the events that were happening at the time so it should not be taken literary.
WHAT WAS YOUR PROCESS? The piece is digital using Procreate which is an app available in the ios app store. I used the different brushes, brush sizes, and blending techniques to come to the final look of the piece.
